June 10th,  2025 – Submission deadline for abstracts (if you choose late registration)  

June 25th,  2025 – Late registration deadline for payment   
July  10th,  2025 – Submission deadline for full paper (article), if you want to publish it in the Symposium proceedings 

July  15th  –  July 19th, 2025 – Symposium 

September 1st, 2025 – Paper submission to scientific journals
