Management consultant; became International Partner of ANDERSEN CONSULTING (today Accenture) from 1987 to 1996, as responsible of European Division of Change Management Services. He developed as entrepreneur 8 start up in ICT, Biotechnology and Nanotechnology. For half a century, Prof. Merlino has taught Macroeconomics, Economics of technological changes and Entrepreneurship at the Italian universities in Udine, Genoa and Bergamo, Finance for Innovations at the University of San Marino, going through all stages of management and ICT transformations as a senior executive and consultant in Europe. Author of around 100 scientific articles and 17 books, has been founder and director of management review “Logistica Management” from 1982 to 2016. He is in the Hall of Fame of Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals 2017, Italy.

Michael A. Radin is an Associate Professor of Mathematics at Rochester Institute of Technology. Michael is also an international scholar with vast experiences. In 2009, Michael spent his first sabbatical teaching at the Aegean University on the Island of Samos in Greece. In 2016, Michael spent his second sabbatical teaching at Riga Technical University, University of Liepaja and Transportation & Sakaru Institute; taught Introduction to Photography, Introduction to Difference Equations, and Discrete Mathematics.
