Dr. Günter Hofbauer is a full Professor at the Business School at Technical University Ingolstadt Germany. Professor Hofbauer completed an executive study program at Darden School, Univ. of Virginia (USA). In September 2023 he was appointed “Guest Professor” of Shenzhen Technology University/China.
He is vice president of the European Research and Working association and was president of the German Association of Marketing (AfM) from 2009 until 2017. He is the author, co-author and editor of 82 monographs and editorial books and authored more than 75 reviewed scientific articles. He is reviewer for Emarald and Publons and member of several editorial and scientific boards. His main research interests include new technologies & innovation and digitalization in business operations, which can be enhanced with the support of Artificial Intelligence.

Dr. Emil Velinov from RISEBA University of Applied Sciences and Newton University is an accomplished academic and consultant specializing in International Business, Emerging Markets, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). As an Associate Professor, he has taught at institutions such as Skoda Auto University, EM Normandie, DHBW and Wroclaw University of Economics contributing to both undergraduate and postgraduate programs across Europe and Middle East.
He has published almost 50 articles in Web of Science and Scopus in the area of DEI, HRM, IB, International Marketing and Business Management. Fluent in multiple languages and experienced in multicultural environments, Dr. Velinov is committed to fostering inclusive practices in both academic and corporate settings.
