Information about registration and fees
To register for the symposium, please complete the registration form on the main page or in the bottom of this page and pay the registration fee.
Registration fee for participation in person:
Registration fee for participation in person (“on-site”) is 300 EUR (Early registration, before May 10, 2024).
If you register in the period May 11 - May 30, 2024, the registration fee is 325 EUR (Standard registration).
If you register after May 30, 2024, the registration fee is 350 EUR (Late registration).
Full time PhD students receive a discount.
Registration fee for participation in the symposium for full-time PhD students is 200 EUR (Early registration,
before May 10, 2024).
If full-time PhD students register in the period May 11 - May 30, 2024, the registration fee is 225 EUR (Standard registration).
If full-time PhD students register after May 30, 2024, the registration fee is 250 EUR (Late registration).
Registration fee includes:
- Full participation in the symposium
- The program of the symposium
- Certificate of scientific research presentation
- Abstract Book
- Reviewing of papers (articles)
- Publication of the one paper in the proceeding
- Publication of the one paper in scientific journal
- Coffee breaks
- Lunches
- Social program / Cultural program
Registration fee for virtual / remote participation:
Registration fee for virtual / remote ("online") participation is 100 EUR (Early registration, before May 10, 2024).
If you register in the period May 11 - May 30, 2024, the registration fee is 110 EUR (Standard registration).
If you register after May 30, 2024, the registration fee is 120 EUR (Late registration).
Full time PhD students receive a discount.
Registration fee for participation in the symposium for full-time PhD students is 70 EUR (Early registration,
before May 10, 2024).
If full-time PhD students register in the period May 11 - May 30, 2024, the registration fee is 80 EUR (Standard registration).
If full-time PhD students register after May 30, 2024, the registration fee is 90 EUR (Late registration).

- Full participation in the symposium
- The program of the symposium
- Certificate of scientific research presentation
- Abstract Book
- Reviewing of papers (articles)
- Publication of the one paper in the proceeding
- Publication of the one paper in scientific journal
If you submit a research paper, which is written jointly with one or more co-authors and co-authors take part in the symposium, each co-author is a full participant in the online symposium and must fill out the registration form and pay the relevant registration fee to receive symposium materials as well as certificate of participation (presentation).
The co-authors who do not take part in the symposium must not pay the registration fee and do not receive a certificate of participation in the symposium.
If a participant of symposium wants to do more than 1 (one) presentation then the fee for each additional presentation is 50 EUR.
Registration of the symposium participants is open now. Registration fee must be transferred to the bank account of the Institute of Research and International Symposiums IRIS - ALKONA.
