May  30th, 2025 – Early registration deadline for payment  

June 10th, 2025 – Submission deadline for abstracts (if you choose standard registration) 

June 20th, 2025 –  Standard registration deadline for payment 

June 30th, 2025 – Submission deadline for abstracts (if you choose late registration)

July  10th, 2025 – Late registration deadline for payment 

July  15th – July 19th, 2025 – Conference 

July  25th, 2025 – Submission deadline for full paper (article), if you want to publish full paper in conference proceedings.  

September 1st, 2025 – Paper submission to scientific journals
