Dr. Emil Velinov - Associate Professor

Dr. Emil Velinov is an Adjunct Associate Professor at RISEBA University of Applied Science. At the same time, he is working at Skoda Auto University in the Czech Republic. At both institutions he is conducting teaching and research in Innovation Management, International Management, Corporate Governance, Diversity Management and Education in Management. He has 25 publications in Web of Science and 20 in SCOPUS databases mainly in the area of General Management, Diversity Management, Human Resource Management and Management Education. Emil also is serving as external consultant in numerous of Erasmus Plus and Norwegian Grants projects in the area of Sustainable Development and Digital Skills.Emil is a member of AIB Global, AOM, EURAM and EIBA associations.
Michael A. Radin - Associate Professor

Michael A. Radin is an Associate Professor of Mathematics at Rochester Institute of Technology. Michael is also an international scholar with vast experiences. In 2009, Michael spent his first sabbatical teaching at the Aegean University on the Island of Samos in Greece. In 2016, Michael spent his second sabbatical teaching at Riga Technical University, University of Liepaja and Transportation & Sakaru Institute; taught Introduction to Photography, Introduction to Difference Equations, and Discrete Mathematics.
Tran Huu Duc - Associate Professor, Executive Coach and Trainer

Duc’s first degree was in Education, after which he took on Psychology and an MBA. He earned his PhD degree in Educational Management in 2015 with the IFUGAO State University of the Philippines focusing on career success prediction for individuals in the corporate environment in Vietnam. Duc was appointed Associate Professor by the Akamai University (2016) and Visiting Faculty by the Malaysia University of Science and Technology (2017) where he contributed to post-graduate students and the academia while keeping his expertise updated.
Duc has 30 years working, consulting and coaching experience in the talent management field with both renowned Multinational and Vietnamese companies operating in FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Oil, Hospital and Retail industries where he focuses on aligning the company’s people with its business strategies.
